Nourishment and the three roles of a satisfied woman.

Love nourishes your soul; passion ignites it. I took a course not too long ago that spoke of the 3 things a woman needs to be in order for a man to continually be charmed and enchanted by her. Those 3 things are Mother(Nurturer), Temptress(Fun), and Queen (Respect).

Having a nice balance of all 3 is powerful and peaceful in a relationship. Too much of one or the other can stifle a relationship.

You can practice nourishing the mother by taking care of things like plants, children, animals, the house, and your partner.

You can nourish the Temptress by doing things that get you focused on your body like taking a bath, yoga, dancing, having sex, participating in whatever it is that you find fun and that gets you aware of your body.

Nourishing the Queen is making sure all of your needs get met so that you can be your best self. By taking a day to think about all of the things you need to be your best self, like how much sleep is enough, how much food do you need to eat and what does that look like on the plate, how much alone time, creative time, exercise time, etc. you need and what does that look like. I see too often women running themselves down into the ground because they are doing everything for others and not taking any time for themselves in order to be so perfect and so people will like and respect them, that it ends up having the opposite effect. Nourish yourself and everything will fall into place exactly as it is meant to.

If you are balanced and are your best self, the people around you will be at their happiest. If the people around you are at their happiest, it will create a feedback loop where you’re happier because they are happy, and they’re even happier because you’re happier. Introducing new people into this loop will have the same effect, and can be grown. Wouldn’t it be amazing if all of humanity operated like this? Start with your friends and loved ones, and see how many people you can show a balanced feminine lifestyle with the Queen, the Temptress, and the Mother!
