I’m Back!

It’s been almost 2 years since I’ve posted anything. Since then, I ended my marriage of 12 years, moved to a different country, Canada, went to Brazil for 3 months and lived in a favella (slums), have started a new business called Modelo Decor, and am embarking on motherhood…solo. Since having the baby, I’ve decided to focus on my health blog, www.4hourbodygirl.com. I’m going to be combining my knowledge of health and business by coaching individuals and health professionals on how to achieve greatness in their professional and personal lives.

The Penthouse Where I Used To Live

Outside the home I stayed in for 3 mo. in Brazil

It sounds like a lot, and it is, but I’m always up for challenge and am one of the few who actually like change. My life can never be considered boring. Still living life to the fullest, doing everything unconventionally, I hope to inspire you with my story.

I went from middle class upbringing, to super wealthy, living in penthouses and beach houses, getting massages every week, staying in five star hotels all over the world, driving the hottest cars, and buying designer clothes, to living in the slums of brazil where there was no warm water (some days no water at all), no glass on the windows, no flushing toilets or doors for privacy. I’ve experienced all extremes, and now I’m starting over as a single mother.

It’s been an interesting couple of years and a lot has happened. It’s been full of transition. My life is completely different. I went through a divorce, lost everything, met someone new, broke up with them, and now have a baby boy! I’ve wanted a baby for a long time, and wasn’t sure if it was going to happen for me, since I’m now 40, but through the laws of attraction, I’ve managed to make it happen!

I also asked for a simple life and got that too. It’s not quite how I imagined, maybe a little too simple, but I feel like it’s exactly how it’s supposed to be right now.  I had to go through all the transition over the last 2 years to get clear on what I really want, and here I am, enjoying every moment of this journey. I used to have wealth, but I always felt like I was missing something. Today, I am feeling more fulfilled and satisfied than ever. I’m able to be happy with what I have, while pursuing all that I want.

Join me on my journey. I always said, if I lost everything, I could always build it up again, because I would never lose the knowledge and wisdom or the experience. That can never be taken away.

I am a healthy, strong, intelligent and capable woman that believes anything is possible.

Do you think I can do it?

Any encouraging words of wisdom to help keep me motivated?
