No one knows what the future will bring. Put your energy into now.

I pay special attention to my energy levels, especially which foods and nutrients affect my energy levels, and how I manage them to be optimal. I Think about how much time and energy I put into certain relationships, cetertain tasks, etc. Ask yourself, “Am I being effective or efficient spending my time with this person or on this task? I see people in relationships with people that do not support them, or alone dating multiples of people, never settling down and they wonder why it takes them so much longer to reach their goals. I ask them, how much time do you spend arguing with that person, proving to them why your goals and beliefs are worthy? How much time and energy does it take to date so many different people instead of settling down with one of them that is supportive with similar goals.

Find out what works, whether it’s the food/fuel you put in your body, how to achieve balance, or how to surround yourself with supportive people in order to be the most effective and efficiant. Usually the root cause ends up being that you do not think you are worthy or good enough. Everyone is the most important person in the world to themselves, remember that we are worthy!
